Ok here are the notes from Friday's meet ... By joining this forum/club you agree to these terms.
We as a Club all agreed that we need Club Rules:
1. We will not be involved/supporting street racing. We, ASOC, will not/cannot be held liable for any such actions.
2. We will not allow videos or any discussions of racing on the street as this is an illegal activity on this website..If you break these rules you could be asked to leave our organization.
3. We decided that there needs to be a president/officers for our club and i'll start a poll and let you all decide.
Annual nomination of the club president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and newsletter editor will be held now. Term of office will be from January 1 to December 31.
Elected officers will vote to fill any vacancies of any openings. Any members in good standing will be eligible to nominate or to be nominated to these positions. Simple Majority vote rules.
4. Vendor section - I will create a vendor section that is free of charge for anyone wishing to give you/us discounts on products. If you know of a vendor that would like to support us please ask them to join. They may start there own thread and will be managed by themselves. ASOC will have no determination over pricing or availability of product.

Rules:
Dangerously reckless conduct, drug or alcohol abuse at any club function may result in the immediate termination of that person's membership. A majority of board members vote (5) will decide termination of membership. A two thirds majority of vote of membership may vote to re-instate. No refund of any dues will be made.
